Lots 1-7 and part of lots 9 and 10, Hickman's Subdivision of the J.T. Thomasson and Atwell Thompson Lots in Block E, Long's Addition to Chattanooga, as shown by plat of record in plat book 5, page 70, R.O.H.C., and lots 13-23, block E, Long's Addition to Chattanooga, not recorded, being the properties described in deed book 3772, page 431, R.O.H.C., and deed book 3790, page 836, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 145-D-H-1-3 and 12-13. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval shall be subject to the following conditions: 0C 1.
